ABOUT BRIN
In 2024, Brin Pirathapan became MasterChef Champion after introducing judges and audiences to the flavours of his Tamil Sri Lankan heritage.
The island is home to a number of cultures that bring their own unique influences to the melting pot of Sri Lankan cuisine.
Now he’s returning to where it all began.
Travelling across Sri Lanka to uncover recipes, stories, ingredients and traditions that deserve to be shared with the world.
